Was a fantastic week of Festival festivity!

The Whitstable Oyster Festival is a vibrant celebration of Whitstable’s history, heritage, talent and traditions. In 2009, between Saturday July 18th to Saturday July 25th, Whitstable invited friends and visitors to share the unique culture and atmosphere of Whitstable, showcased across a full week of festival festivities. For a taste of what the festival contains, why not browse through the 2009 programme, and make a note in your diary for 2010. Remember, most events in the festival are free, all are affordable and there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Whitstable Oyster Festival is core funded by Canterbury City Council, which works alongside the Whitstable Oyster Festival Association (WOFA) to produce an event that truly reflects the interests and enthusiasm of the local community.
